There are days when we see the world like this:
But the face of the matter is simple, storms DO pass. AND they may seem destructive, but they have a way of bringing to our attention some things which need to be bungled off and mooshed away.
And if we’re completely (and I do mean COMPLETELY) honest with ourselves, we know that were it not for storms, we wouldn’t appreciate the peaceful times nearly as much.
Just a bit of brain squeezing today.

well the storm of rainy weather seems to have settled in over Ireland this summer … no sunny shores for us
This is true, incredible pictures
Reblogged this on My story to you.. and commented:
There’s truth in this and the pictures emphasize it
Great to see you’ve reached the other side….smiling.
Still reaching for the other side, but not dreading it nearly as much.
great words!
I’m not so sure storms make us appreciate the peaceful times as much as they grow us and make us better. Therefore we enjoy the peaceful times better because we have peace inside as well as around us
I appreciate peace more after a storm.
maybe my life is just too busy to sit long enough to appreciate it
Amazing pix! And very illustrative!
Storms are inspiring. Peace gives us the chance to write about them.
Ain’t that just the truth if ever there were one!
That storm photo … is absolutely priceless. Excellent.
See what goes on in my head?
I’m down with you most of the way, but I would REALLY like to test your theory about appreciating my peace in a storm-free environment.
Oh I like what that storm squeezed out of Andy’s brain!
Sometimes when we get squeezed we can exude some pretty amazing wisdom.
Must avoid storms when wearing foil headgear…unless you’re looking to alter your hairstyle, but I’m not one for updos…L
I wrap my body in tinfoil so as not to upset the coiffure.
Oh to be in one of those huts!! Just getting back in action today, thank you so much for all your kind words & support, truly appreciated and helpful!
Yours is the second from the right. Open to your own decorating flair. Key is under the mat.
That would be a DREAM! All I want out of life is a hut on water…well a hut like that over water like that!
