I try to keep things in perspective. Truly, I do. But sometimes you just have a bad day. But keeping perspective reminds me of a few things:
1. A bad day makes the good days more appreciated.
2. A bad day does not make a bad life (even though it might feel that way).
3. I still have a pulse, so take a deep breath and keep moving.
