There’s nothing quite like a little putter through the thought canals on a Monday Morning (after several rejuvenating mugs of that naughty bean we call “coffee”). So before the faculties are too far into their sputtering, let’s saunter about with both oars in the water for a bit shall we?
Might consider donning the waders as the boat might sink mid-putter and we’ll have to make a swim for it. That is, unless you have the uncanny ability to tread atop the water, making you’re carrying me on your back truly imperative. But who’s afraid of a bit of moisture?
Be that as it may, here’s a thought that poked a hole in my dinghy this morning, There’s nothing like a good hole poking quote to stir the soup: “Death is more universal than life, everyone dies but not everyone lives.”
Pretty profound for a Monday, eh? But isn’t it true? Let’s face a harsh fact face on….we’re going to die. That’s inevitable. Living is optional. You can live until you die or you can merely wait to die. Living doesn’t mean always making everyone else around you happy. In fact, there are going to be times when it will seem that your living really pisses people off, because they just don’t get it. Living is about YOUR life. Invest it how you will (hopefully it will be healthy, ethical and legal), but you are the one who lives it.
Tah Dah!!! And here you thought I was going to get deep and philosophical.
